What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible, together with the R&D team, for developing customer-specific and/or standardised injection moulding products. You will do this by designing and managing all control systems (hardware and software). You will also independently build specific software and hardware for the controls and test them, after which the robots will be put into production. So you will be responsible from A to Z.
Your workday
At the start of your workday, you will first have a cup of coffee or tea with your colleagues. The R&D team consists of 5 permanent employees, so there is always someone to start the day with. Since you work with different machines and we are constantly looking for new techniques, you can expect plenty of variety and challenges in your work, making each day different.
What do you need to work as a control technician at Moens Mouldings?
- A completed MBO4+ (intermediate vocational education) or HBO (higher vocational education) degree in control technology or industrial automation.
- Knowledge of control techniques (PLCs), drive technology, hydraulics, pneumatics and industrial automation.
- Good command of spoken and written Dutch (German and English are a plus).
- Knowledge of E-plan is a plus.
- Knowledge of Beckhoff is a plus.
