Less plastic, more impact

BECAUSE IT CAN ALWAYS GET EVEN BETTER

Lighter, flatter, smaller, smarter. We innovate continuously because we have a constant drive to go the extra mile. This way, we make more impact with less plastic.

Maximum impact

SMART SIMULATION SOFTWARE, OPTIMAL IMPROVEMENTS

Size, weight, shape, load-bearing capacity, ease of use, stackability and appearance: at Moens Mouldings, we consider all aspects. Can a package be lighter or smaller, does the shape need to be different, which type of polypropylene is most suitable and how much top load can the packaging handle? With our unique simulation software, we can visualise the entire process and see exactly what the effect of each adjustment is, with the greatest accuracy. This way, we design the best packaging for you; in other words, packaging that is precisely tailored to the product. With maximum impact.

3D METROLOGY

At Moens Mouldings, we are committed to accuracy and quality. Our advanced optical 3D metrology device takes this commitment to a higher level. Designed for industrial applications, it offers exceptional measurement accuracy up to 0.001 mm, enabling us to measure complex products and mould components with confidence and precision.

Every measurement report generated by our device is extensively documented and meets the strictest industrial standards. Whether it’s for quality control, reverse engineering or product development, our 3D metrology device ensures reliable and repeatable results.

Take the step towards unparalleled precision with Moens Mouldings and guarantee the quality and accuracy your projects deserve.

Cycle time 1.28 seconds

INJECTION COMPRESSION MOULDING

Driven by our desire to lead, we started development in 2014 to produce lids and packaging even thinner and faster. Wall thicknesses as low as 0.25 mm can be achieved with this technique. The first test mould for a lid had a cycle time of 1.28 seconds without a robot! Injection Compression Moulding has proven to be a game-changer. This technique led to several other innovations, including a new robot concept.

ROBOTICS

Since the establishment of our R&D department in 1995, we have designed, built and assembled our robots entirely in-house: initially with servo drive and PLC control, but later also with PC.
The innovation with ICM (Injection Compression Moulding) resulted in an entirely new robot concept.
